B-A-L Germany AG announces that all 400,000 ordinary shares from the “Authorized capital 2018”, approved in November 2018 have been successfully issued. Upon registration of the capital increase, the company’s share capital will increase by EUR 400,000.00 to EUR 2,000,000.00. The proceeds from the capital increase will be used in particular to achieve further vigorous growth.
