The purchase of a further property package in the Nossen/ Oschatz region has been completed. A total of 13 new properties with a total area of 750 m² were acquired in November and December 2022. The property portfolio with an initial yield of >11% and a vacancy rate of >31% will be fully integrated in the first quarter of 2023. The rented portion of the units has already been transferred in 2022, and the renovation and letting of the vacant space has already been arranged. A revenue contribution of approximately EUR 50,000 is expected for 2023. The acquisition was financed through a shareholder loan taken out in mid-2022.
