Company announcement – July 13, 2023: Presentation of Annual Results 2022

The Meissen-based residential real estate portfolio holder presented its audited annual financial statements for 2022 on July 13, 2023. Rental income reached EUR 303.77 thousand in the reporting year (previous year: EUR 295.95 thousand). The portfolio increased to 91 units with a total of 4,521 square meters of living space due to acquisitions in Q4-2022. However, these properties will not be fully reflected in income until 2023. The result of EUR -7.09 thousand (previous year EUR 9.5 thousand) was repeatedly negatively impacted by stock exchange costs of EUR 15.42 thousand (previous year: EUR 39.04 thousand) and extraordinary energy price increases of EUR 24.6 thousand.

EBIT fell to EUR 26.56 thousand (previous year: EUR 63.15 thousand) and EBITDA to EUR 83.92 thousand (previous year: EUR 122.14 thousand). The equity ratio of the company amounts to 70.99% (previous year: 84.62%). Liabilities increased by EUR 506.48 thousand (previous year: EUR 386.62 thousand) to EUR 893.10 thousand as a result of raising two loans from shareholders totaling EUR 500.00 thousand. Liabilities account for 28.42% of the company’s total financing (previous year: 14.62%).

The 2023 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at the company headquarters in Meissen.
