Company news – Oktober 01, 2026: Share issue fully placed and oversubscribed

B-A-L Germany AG, a property owner specialising in residential property in Saxony, has successfully completed the share issue announced in June 2026. All the new shares offered were placed. Demand exceeded the available share volume, meaning that the capital increase was ultimately even oversubscribed.

As part of the capital increase, the Management Board, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, had resolved to increase the company’s share capital by up to EUR 1,000,000.00 against cash contributions by issuing up to 1,000,000 new shares, utilising the 2025 Authorised Capital. The new shares were offered at a subscription price of EUR 1.05 per share.

“We are delighted with the successful completion of this capital increase. We are particularly pleased that demand actually exceeded the volume on offer. This is a clear sign of the confidence that our shareholders and new investors have in the strategy and future development of B-A-L Germany AG,” explains Falko Zschunke, Chief Executive of B-A-L Germany AG.

Peter Thilo Hasler, a member of the Executive Board of B-A-L Germany AG, also sees the successful placement as an important foundation for the company’s future development: “With this additional equity capital, we are creating the conditions to consistently implement the next phase of our growth. Our focus remains unchanged on the selective and value-driven expansion of our residential property portfolio in Saxony. We intend to capitalise on market opportunities without compromising our principles of prudent acquisition and sustainable management.”

B-A-L Germany AG intends to use the funds raised through this capital measure primarily for the further expansion of its residential property portfolio. The regional focus remains on the Free State of Saxony, a market in which the company has many years of experience.

“In recent years, we have deliberately pursued a clear regional strategy. The additional liquidity now gives us greater scope for action when attractive acquisition opportunities arise,” said Falko Zschunke. “This is explicitly not about growth at any price. What is crucial for us is that a property fits our strategy and can make a sustainable contribution to the development of our portfolio.”

Peter Thilo Hasler added: “We would like to thank all our shareholders, the new investors and the bank acting as lead manager for the capital increase, Small & Mid Cap Investmentbank, for the trust and commitment they have shown. The fact that the capital increase was not only fully placed but even oversubscribed, despite the challenging capital market environment, is an important vote of confidence for us. We must now justify this trust through the consistent operational implementation of our strategy.”
